Practical help, from discovery to return visit

More reasons to find you.
More reasons to return.

Start with the services you want to fill. Then improve the points where guests discover your restaurant, decide to book and stay in touch.

Google Maps & local search

Show up when diners are choosing.

Make your restaurant easier to find and easier to choose, with clear, consistent information across search and your website.

  • Review your Google Business Profile, categories, opening hours, menus and photos.
  • Improve cuisine, neighbourhood and occasion-led pages around your real catchment.
  • Check restaurant details and booking links across your website and key listings.

The direct booking journey

Make the next step a table.

Give interested diners a straightforward route from your website or profile to a confirmed reservation.

  • Review the journey on mobile, from menu to availability and confirmation.
  • Add or improve direct booking links and supported reservation widgets.
  • Check compatible booking integrations, subscription costs and channel fees before recommending changes.

Repeat visits & customer relationships

Give guests a reason to come back.

Build a plan around the customers who already know you, alongside the channels that bring in new diners.

  • Use relevant email or SMS follow-up for customers you have permission to contact, with clear opt-outs.
  • Explore your own single-use offers, quieter-service promotions or a membership proposition.
  • Scope customer capture, redemption controls, fulfilment and costs before implementation.

Google reviews

Make honest feedback part of the routine.

A practical process for requesting reviews, responding thoughtfully and learning from what guests say.

  • Use timely, neutral requests and simple review links or QR codes.
  • Invite honest feedback without incentives, pressure or filtering for positive reviews.
  • Prepare constructive replies and assess policy violations for reporting. Google decides whether a review is removed.

05 / Influencer management

Local creators.
A clear plan for your restaurant.

Find food and lifestyle creators whose audience fits your restaurant, then manage the campaign from first conversation to reporting.

Discuss your influencer campaign
  • Shortlist creators by local audience, content quality and fit with your cuisine, price point and target guests.
  • Plan the campaign around the services you want to grow, with a clear brief, budget and booking call to action.
  • Manage outreach, negotiate fees or hosted visits, brief creators and coordinate visits with your team.
  • Agree deliverables, timings, content usage rights and clear sponsored-content disclosure before activity starts.
  • Report transparently on spend, content and engagement, using trackable booking links or codes and actual covers where your systems can measure them.

06 / The commercial picture

Know which activity
earns its place.

Look beyond clicks to the bookings and trading outcomes that matter to your restaurant.

  • Agree a starting point for covers, direct booking share, returning guests and cost per customer where data is available.
  • Compare channels using your own fees, discounts and trading figures.
  • Focus on the dayparts and services you want to grow, with a clear scope and measures agreed before work starts.

Discuss your website

Restaurant content services

Stunning photography.
Video with a purpose.

Show the food, the room and the experience that make your restaurant worth a visit. Plan content around the dishes, occasions and services you want to promote, with a clear route from interest to booking.

Plan your restaurant content

Photography

Make the appetite immediate.

Food and drink photography, venue interiors, team portraits and atmosphere. Agree a shot list and styling approach that fits your brand, menu and campaign.

Videography

Bring the experience to life.

Dish-led films, preparation, service and the feel of the room. Scope filming around real restaurant operations and the story you want guests to see.

Campaign & social content

Give every asset a job.

Short-form social video, website and menu imagery, and campaign-ready edits. Plan formats, captions and booking calls to action, then connect them with your menu, marketing and influencer activity.

Shoot location, production team, budget, deliverables, editing rounds and usage rights are agreed before production. Review content performance against agreed measures; reach and bookings are never guaranteed.

Technology & operational visibility

Join up the tools.
See the business more clearly.

Your booking system, till, customer tools and operating data should support the way your team actually works. Start with an audit of what you have.

01 / REVIEW

Understand the setup.

Map your reservation, POS, customer marketing and reporting tools. Identify duplicated work, gaps and the data you can reliably access.

02 / CONNECT

Use what works together.

Assess supported integrations and exports. Where compatible systems allow it, scope a consolidated view of bookings, sales and customer activity.

03 / MAKE IT USEFUL

Bring costs into view.

Where reliable data is available, bring labour and ingredient costs alongside sales to understand the margin picture and support better operating decisions.

Technology work is scoped around your existing providers, plans, permissions and data quality. Integration availability, implementation work and any third-party costs are checked and agreed first.

Where do you need
more covers?

We’ll look at your customer mix, the services with room to grow and the route diners take to book. You’ll have a clearer starting point for the next conversation.

Already using a dining marketplace? We can consider direct marketing alongside the channels that currently bring you guests, using your actual costs and booking mix.

Bring your website and a sense of the days or services you want to grow. An anonymised summary is enough to start; please don’t send customer names or contact details.

  1. Your customer mix.

New and returning guests, booking sources and the channels doing useful work for you.

  2. Your quieter services.

Lunch, early evening or dinner. Where you have capacity and what good growth would look like.

  3. Your booking journey.

What a diner sees on Maps and your website, and how easy it is to reserve a table.

  4. Your next priorities.

A focused discussion of the marketing or technology work worth exploring, with scope and fees agreed before any paid work.

A few useful answers

Before we
get started.

Can you help with menus, photography and video?

Yes. Menu design and optimisation can sit alongside food and venue photography, videography and short-form content. We agree the goals, creative brief, production needs and costs first, then plan how the assets will support your website, social channels and booking or ordering journey.

Do I need to replace my booking system?

Not necessarily. We start with your current setup and improve the journey where possible. A shared view of reservations depends on which sources and integrations your booking provider supports.

Does a direct booking link remove platform fees?

A new link does not automatically remove existing charges. We’ll check the provider, plan, booking source and applicable fees, then compare options using your own figures.

Can you build offers or a membership for my restaurant?

We can explore an offer or membership that fits your customers and quieter services. The proposition, software, single-use controls, communications, fulfilment and ongoing costs need to be agreed before implementation.

Are rankings or booking numbers guaranteed?

No. Search visibility varies with relevance, location, competition and the platforms’ systems. Influencer reach and bookings also depend on the audience, content, timing and offer. We agree practical priorities and measures without promising specific rankings, reach, booking volumes or cost savings.

What does the work cost?

The initial restaurant review is free. Any further work is scoped around your restaurant, the systems involved and your priorities. Delivery responsibilities, fees and third-party costs are agreed before paid work begins.
